  • Our team begins processing your order within 2 to 3 business days.

  • During high-demand seasons (e.g. festive launches or clearance sales), processing time may be slightly longer.

  • All items go through quality checks and careful packaging before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

  • If an item is out of stock or delayed, our support team will contact you to offer alternatives or provide an updated timeline.


Delivery Timeline

We partner with trusted courier services across Pakistan to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

  • Major Cities: 3 to 5 business days after dispatch

  • Other Cities / Remote Areas: 5 to 7 business days

Note: Public holidays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions may cause minor delays.

Order Tracking and Notifications

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • Use this tracking code to monitor your parcel in real-time through the courier partner’s portal.

  • You will also receive delivery updates from our system.

Delivery Delays or Issues

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is undelivered due to:

...it will be returned to us.

Once we receive the returned parcel:

  • Our team will contact you for reshipment or cancellation.

  • If reshipment is requested, additional delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, please:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories intact.

  • A proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a return or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Exchanges
